How to use Highcell PRP Kit

1) Take 1,5 ml anticoagulant into 20
ml syringe to take blood from the patient

2) Take 14 - 15 ml blood inside 20 ml
syringe and mix with the anticoagulant

3)
Fill all the blood into
Highcell PRP Tube from the
middle rubber cap . Put a
second needle on the second
rubber cap to prevent negative
pressure inside the tube

4)
Prepare balance tube by
filling water inside a second
Highcell PRP Tube by the
same level as like blood PRP
Tube . Put both balance and
PRP tubes on 2 opposite
housings of the Centrifuge
device and centrifuge at 3200
RPM for 10 minutes .

After centrifuge the
separation should be like on
the Picture. If RBC level is high
then centrifuge the tube at
3200 RPM for 4 minutes again .
Then screw the plunger to
adjust Buffy Coat until the level

Collect 3 3,5 ml PRP from
the adjusted level by 21G
needle syringe . Put a second
needle on the second rubber
cap to prevent negative
pressure inside the PRP Tube
